whats the best form of amino acid, the lquid or the caps/tabs

i would think liquid or sub lingual will allow for better absorbtion, but i use the tabs as they are much cheaper...

I take amino fuel liquid form... its pretty awesome.. i would prefer taking the liquid rather then the pills.. as for which is more effective im not too sure.
