is taking more then 1000mgs of milk thristle ED an over kill? thinking of upping it to 1500mgs ED

I would cut the milk thistle down to 800 mg an add Liv 52 to your arsenal.

definitely, I'm waiting on them right now, sounds good I'll drop it down to 800mgs once my liv52 comes in , but for now I'll take it to 1500mgs
