Hello, well I do my own injections and I always do it in the quad(leg-vastus lateralus muscle) and I rotate from left leg to right leg on my injection days which are every 5 days i do an injection..

Now the problem.. when I inject, I follow all precautions and cleanliness!! I got that down.. but always the next day Im freaken soooo sore on the injection site.. its like I can barely walk on my leg! The leg is fine during and right after the injection.. but the pain dont come til a day after and it takes 2-3 days for it to heal and go away..

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong, cuz I really dont know?
And as a matter of fact, I dont care.. Im not gona stop injecting, ill go throu this pain!
But if maybe it can be avoided, that'll be nice!

Completely normal Bro, especially if this is your first time pinning(virgin muscle), is it? if so try warming up your gear as mentioned a thousand times(LOL) and massaging your site........good luck, no pain no gain(LOL)

Its good to know that the annoying pain is a normal thing to beginers, and Hopefully the whole process will be alot better once I get more used to it, cuz this is only like the 5th time I injected..

Uno I already went throu the pills era (lol) and now realize its time to step up..

oh yea, and the gear Is a stack of 250mg-DECA and 325mg-SUSTANON.. (per week)

Yeah, try warming the gear up a bit, it might help.

Its kinda a hit or miss for me, especially for quad and calf injections. 3 days ago, I did my left quad and it is still sore, and after 3 days I can finally walk without limping. The day after that injection I did my right quad, and it is not even sore. Massage both areas right after warmed up the gear, and did everything the same. Kinda wierd that sometimes I'm sore like that, and other times I am fine. There has to be a common denominator here, just got to find what it is.

Ok, the question that first comes to my mind is what gauge and length of needle are you using? For quads I personally use no greater than 25 gauge (smallest necessary for oils) and 1 inch. Now let me tell you that I have been injecting every week for the past 8 years. Let me also tell you that my injections are always painless. My recommendation is that you rotate in the glutes for your injections. For those Deca and Sust I go ass cheek to ass cheek every 5 days and thrive on it without any pain whatsoever. For some reson, for me, very clean injections of body temp oils with a fresh needle of 25 gauge and 1 inch using a band-aid with antibiotic ointment afterwards is the perfect stick, Never a problem my friend. Now for all of yous that are now going to spout off telling me that it's too much trouble or whatever bla bla bla that you may come up with, I am right, you are inexperienced. I am an old guy, in awesome shape and very educated in this. Listen up my friends.
