Advices to avoid joint pain during training sessions:
- do some light sets with 15-20 reps
- use special heating creams before training
- use special bandages (they are only to keep the temperature higher in the place they are used, many people use them in winter times)for elbows and/or knees
- when doing squats,bench press with max weight it is obligatory to use special bandages for this. Do not confuse this kind of bandages with previous ones.
- when doing bench press, seated bar press and other aprox. the same exercises do not unbend totally elbows
- if during an exercise you feel pain stop doing it and change it with other similar. Our body have an amazing functions of helping us to prevent its destroying by sending signs when we have to change or to stop something. Listen to your body!
