I usually stick to 1 cc max for any deltoid injection I give patients. (I'm a nurse) Reason is, deltoids not that big for most patients i come across. It's NOT an infection. If you have a fever, the injection site is cherry red, you can barely move your arm, and you're either nauseated or feel like vomiting, then its probably an infection. Your deltoid wasn't used to the added stuff, and your body's taking a little bit longer than usual to process it. You'll be fine after a few days. Just stretch out the muscle every now and then. Also, after an injection, take an alcohol swab and rub the injection site to distribute the test throughout whatever muscle you injected into. This will lower the risk of any trapped test that might form a nodule in your muscle. Hope this helps.

You need to rotate site to avoid scar tissue build up, I do about 11 injects a week, cant keep banging them into my cheeks and thats not including my b12/GH/Slin shots

Dig is right , an infection will take some time to materialize. I have unfortunately had a bad experience with an UG lab that sold "undetectable" packets. I ended up in the ER with cellulitis which turned into a septic infection. I dropped to 180lbs from 255 in under 2 weeks in the hospital. I would not inject any more than 250mg into a new site to avoid an overactive response. Also your body must metabolize anything that it cannot diffuse immediately so the lipid based suspension may cause a response.

Glad 2 see your doing good I've had 2 diiferent abcesses 1st one off of injecting 2 much test400 years ago ass swole up like a grapefruit if pretty much healed on its own dock said and left a scar second 1 last chrismas left shoulder small incision docks drained out pus right one not so lucky I was screaming like a b---h no pain killers what so ever they cut out a golf back size chunk out of me and kept an eye one my right shoulder 4 3 weeks I still got a nasty scar.
