i have upped my fish oils recently and have noticed im not clicking so much...seems to be working so far


WE DONT CONDONE THE USE OF ILLEGAL STEROIDS HERE WE JUST ADVISE PEOPLE HOW TO USE THEM SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY....FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES.....

Eat, Sleep, Train, Repeat...

yeah yamaharob whats up with those clicking noises .. heheh sp the fishoil will do it .. i just posted a pic u guys can see. i just orderes that after-shick that one guy recomended and i will try it and im gunna start to warm up , today is a leg day

If you're going heavy, I recommend knee wraps. I'd hoover in some fish oil, chondroitin, and glucosamine. The clicking noise may be coming from bursa rubbing against a tendon, or it could be coming from tendon/ligament contact. If the pain is unbearable, go the docs because irritation will cause tendonitis or bursitis. Be careful.
