    The big 4

    If your not using the big 4 you are missing out.

    These 4 exercises are key when your looking for mass.

    squats, deadlifts, bench presses and military presses.

    If your not incorporating these 4 then your missing out big time.

    I agree that you need these compound exercises to move forward.
    I started out as a power lifter but decided I have more to offer in Bodybuilding.

    I'm a big advocate of the big 4 too. The only thing is, the gym I belong to right now has no space for power cleans. So I just focus on the other 3 at the moment.
