cutting - 01-16-2007

i wont be cutting for awhile but this will be my first real cut cycle.im 6' 2'' in the last 2 years ive gone from being 135 lbs to currently being 220 lbs. my goal is to hit 245 lbs and then cut up. my diet is very good and i lose fat very fast, but what do i change about my workouts? do i go with high reps?

Cutting and Training

If you wan to cut up then your training should be changed as follows:

- high number of reps 15-20
- rest between sets 30-40 sec.
- do supersets and more trisets
- your workout session should not be more than 45 minutes.
- pose between sets, it will harden up your look and will bring you more definition
- drink a lot of water
