Cutting and Training
If you wan to cut up then your training should be changed as follows:
- high number of reps 15-20
- rest between sets 30-40 sec.
- do supersets and more trisets
- your workout session should not be more than 45 minutes.
- pose between sets, it will harden up your look and will bring you more definition
- drink a lot of water
