HCG Mixing and how to store it. -

I have a few questions reqarding mixing.
I need to take 200 I.U. per day for 30 days and I need to know how I should mix it and store it? I have 5000 I.U. Do I refigerate it will it remain the same potience and in the U.S. We measure in cc or mg could could anyone please tell me the equivilant. Thanks Melinda
