Female Cycle - 08-10-2006

Hey, my GF wants to start steriods with me when i get around to ordering mine. I already have my cycle planed from a few sites. Going for Test Cyp and Deca injections.

She wants to loose a bit of fat around the edges, cut for that lean look, and gain a little muscle put together this cycle. Because i know NOTHING about womens roids can someone confirm is this ammount she will be taking harm her in anyway, or will it be safe limits.

will break 1 daily dose into 2 parts taken in am and pm

Post Weight losing. - 08-12-2006

Ok, let?s start with weight losing. I will write down some practices for your GF that need to be implemented in order to obtain good results in weight loosing:


1. If your GF wants to miniaturize her waist she should practice so-called vacuum exercise. When she gets up in the morning she must stay on all fours and draw into her stomach as much as possible. Stay in this position 15-25 sec. Do 3 sets. Do it on empty stomach.
2. Practice some cardio in the morning, also on empty stomach. Do it for 20-25 min. after which you may eat.
3. Eat 5-6 times per day. It will accelerate her metabolism. Do not eat a lot of food!
4. 60% of daily calories she must receive till 13.00.
5. If she has no problems with health, especially with heart and kidneys, she may use caffeine and ephedra. (20 mg of ephedra and 200-250mg of caffeine 2 times per day, but don?t take more than 20 mg of ephedra and 200-250mg of caffeine per intake!!!) In any case consult your doctor!
6. Drink green tea for 2 months. And then rest for 2 months and start again.
7. Do not eat after 19.00! If she can?t asleep without eating give her a cup of warm milk with honey.
8. Decrease calories taken from carbohydrates! It is very important!
9. Do not eat fried food!

It is important to know how to control your diet and obtain results with no steroids. And after that she may try steroids. The last will HELP her in obtaining good results but will not forgive diet and work out mistakes. So try to focus on this. She will have enough time in future to try steroids.
