hi guys and girls ive been training about 18 months and have been on three cycles i used to get my gear of bloke at gym who used to sort my gear and cycle out for me cause i didnt have clue, but he's messing me around lately so iam looking to you guys for some advice iam looking to go on new cycle but how do you know what works with what or how they effect you in differernt ways. ive got sus and deca at mom, but this bloke told me not to take deca cause stays in your system to long and messes you up? anyway any hep or advice on what to take or general help much appreciated

I'm kinda stuck. Where i live (india) all i've been able to get my hands on is sustanon 250, deca durabolin 100, clomid (which is actually ovofar by organon), menabol (winstrol/Stanozolol USP 2 mg).

I have no idea how to get any dianabol here.. pronabol is not available anymore i think.
Although, i read somewhere that Trinergic by Unichem is the same thing. But over here,unichemindia dot com, it's got 4 types of trinergic.

Oh, I also have Arimidex (anastrozole) and Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate), both by AstraZeneca.

What i would like to know is what would be a good first cycle with the above mentioned steroids? I will be doing this for the first time.
It would be a huge help if anyone could help me out.
