pct q's - 09-12-2008

So I have my pct set up but there's a few q's I have.
1- diet,do I continue to eat as much as I do or do I just eat to maintiane?

2-starting,as I stated in my cycle log for my last shot it was prolly 1/4cc sust and 3/4 cc test c in 1 syringe,do I wait 3 weeks or 2 weeks b4 I start pct?

3-i read the sticky on how to keep yer gains during/after pct( training heavier,warmup sets of 5,then working sets of 8 and 10,training les days,resting more) have yall found this method to work for yall?I usualy do warmup sets of12-15,the working sets of 10 then 8.

Any info much appreciated.

eat to maintain. i would say no more than two weeks, start pct. i have spent many years discovering my best workout for myself and it's totally unique and fairly unorthodox. but, it works for me. there are countless ways to make a better workout. but, really, the best teacher is experience. listen to what your body tells you and push hard every time. always do cardio. either make it the secondary or primary source of exercise depending on your goals. too many bro's ignore their cardio and those big boys in the gym have tiny little hearts that are being taxed hard. your heart is your most important muscle. well, second most, i guess, lol. good cardio will make your muscular endurance go way up. but, you gotta keep your lungs clean, bro'.

2 weeks?do I start the day that I took my last pin or the day after?also,does it matter how I take the clomid and nolva/exeplex(spread out through out the day,or in the morn or b4 bed)?

As for the lungs yeah I'm really gonna try,it'll be hard cuz I started when I was 10.I'm thinken after pct ima pick up this thing at nutrition depot called smokers cleanse.its supposed to get some of the the tar and crap outta yer lungs and also remove the free radicals left over from all the agents in the smoke. As for cardio I dnt like it but I do it,just some lite cardio for 20 min,but I'm goen to start adding in some explosive cardio every no and then kinda to act like "maxing out" but for my heart.
