eat to maintain. i would say no more than two weeks, start pct. i have spent many years discovering my best workout for myself and it's totally unique and fairly unorthodox. but, it works for me. there are countless ways to make a better workout. but, really, the best teacher is experience. listen to what your body tells you and push hard every time. always do cardio. either make it the secondary or primary source of exercise depending on your goals. too many bro's ignore their cardio and those big boys in the gym have tiny little hearts that are being taxed hard. your heart is your most important muscle. well, second most, i guess, lol. good cardio will make your muscular endurance go way up. but, you gotta keep your lungs clean, bro'.
