I tip my hat to those of you veterans who continue to provide detailed answers to the same questions

I suppose we newbies just want to feel that we aren't missing any detail about our first cycle.
I do have a question that falls in the same category as mentioned above. I've done quite a bit of research regarding PCT as it relates to my specific cycle. What I haven't been able to find, however, is this:
It's often said that the time to start a PCT such as Clomid/Nolva depends on the half-life of the steroid that you've been using. But what if I've been using a combination of short and long life steroids such as D-bol, Deca, and Test eth? Do I start my PCT therapy based on the steroid I used towards the end of my cycle or does any steroid used during the cycle take precedent?
For example, If I start with D-bol, Deca, and Test Eth and then stop d-bol on week 6 and stop Deca on week 10, but continue using Test Eth until week 12, when should I begin using Clomid and/or Nolva? I haven't even started adding HCG to this equation yet.
Another question is related to Proviron. Is it wise to toss this in with my PCT? If so, when should this drug begin, and what is the duration?
Here's my rough draft excluding PCT so far (below is a no-flame zone)
Decaplex 275 (mg/wk) Week 1-10 / 400mg Wk
Methanoplex (mg/ED) Week 1-6 / 30mg ED
Testaplex E (mg/wk) Week 1-12 / 500mg wk
