not really, you need proper stuff, there are supplements which help elevate test but not block estro efficiently, rebound xt is a solid product but not as good as thereal stuff....

jkells, there is a great product out there and its called Testostolyze. Look it up on Species Nutrition. Its a great product. the only over the counter that will block estrogen an dht. It will also raise test levels. I sell it in my club. I know about 15 guys that have taken it and it has removed gyno. It has made lumps disappear behind their nipples. Try it great stuff.

If you want good advice use clomid. Over the counter stuff wont do jack. I got gyno because of using them as a pct. My gyno is nothing serious thoe, but its still there.
