Hey how's it going on guys, i'm new to this site but have been taking knowledge from it for a couple of weeks. My question is i'm 21 179 pounds 6'-0". this will be my third cycle, i will be doing sust 375 and decaplex 275 for 10 weeks. i plan on doin two cc's of each a week. i was planning on taking arimidex 2.5 eod as an estrogen blocker. would i be fine with just taking good old nolva instead. and in what week should i start using it.

yes tamoxifen will work too, adex is better at preventing gyno and bloat than tamoxifen but the tamoxifen will serve a purpose 10-20mg eod works for me

i've seen many articles that go back and forth saying to wait to weeks before you start the anti-est and then others say start it right away wat do you guys think

its said that using an anti-e or an AI at the beginning of your cycle and throughout will aid recovery afterwards, however i've not read any conclusive evidence to support this yet,
personal experience will educate most people, an AI or anti-e for most part is only required when trying to combat certain side effects....
technically its optional ,BUT prefered....

Bump. I use nolv when I see or feel any sides from the estrogen. Just like yamahrob said, 10-20mg seems to fo the trick with the nolv. Adex is stronger though
