Hi, am on sus 250 mg and deca 100 mg E3D for 10 weeks. Also running 10 mg nova and 25 mg proviron ED throughout cycle.

I am 52 years old and my first cycle. PCT looks like this:

Clomid starting 20 days after final injection @ 150mg on day 1; then 100mg for the next 14 days; followed by 50mg for 14 days as suggested by Rah for us older geezers

I was going to up the dose of nova to 20 mg ED but should I do this directly after final pin or when starting clomid?

I have some clen which I thought would be useful immediately following final pin and for 2 weeks. Is this worthwhile and if so at what dose?

I do have HCG but have suffered no testicle shrinkage as far as I can see (4 weeks left of cycle so may happen yet) and will use it if necessary.

I also have Letro on hand - is it worth using this?

Should I stop the proviron at end of cycle or can this be used for a couple of weeks after to any benefit?

I've read so much about PCT but have managed to get a little confused. Cost isn't an issue so will use whatever it takes to 'get it right'.

Clomid, Nolvadex and HCG in Post Cycle Recovery

I have hence the confusion

There are different opinions and it's difficult to know which way to go. Regarding HCG, one says take it 'before' PCT allowing 'at least 6 or 7 days to elapse before starting PCT' proper. Another says start it at the same time

OK then, how about this.

1st day to 19th day continue 10 mg of Nova ED

1st day after my final pin Clen ED for 14 days (dose to be determined).

7th day 1500 iu of HCG followed by 1500 iu on 12th day.

20th day 300 mg Clomid plus 20 mg Nova

21st to 28th day 100 mg Clomid plus 20 mg Nova

29th to 36th day 50 mg Clomid plus 20 mg Nova.

Got Letro and Cabaser waiting in the wings, may take the Cabaser.

Any thoughts?

this is how id do it: for moderate to heavy cycles

Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

HCG is optional but prefered during a suppressive cycle like that, I would've taken shots throughout my cycle, but if you are nearing PCT then take 3x 1500iu shots every 5days 2wks out from starting PCT, so your last shot will actually be once you've already started your clomid/nolva etc. that should be enougth to kckstart your nads...then the clomid/nolva should take effect....throw in some tribulus too, to try and help elevate natural LH.....remember HCG is active for about 5days....

Thanks Rob, that's what i was looking for I was going to start at 500 iu but was advised to wait until the end. i guess we're all different and need to experiment a bit. I'll follow that advice and see how it goes.
