i have a question before i jump into anything. i have been lifting for about two years im 215 5'11.

my question is this if i wanted to run a cycle of
1-12 sust 325 at 500mg a week
1-10 eq 200 400 mg a week

what can i use for gyno i heard there was 2 types of serms.
maybe nolva and arimadex all the way through?
what should the doses be im a little concerned about gyno i dont feel like shopping for a sports bra ya know.

I run .5 mg every day of armidex while on cycle. Some do some dont its just what I do.

i think what your saying is the best. i like to get a lot of opinions ya know. the reason why is arimidex supposedly stops gyno completely why use clomid if it only blocks the receptors. am i right?


mot then what would you use for pct?

I run nolva- 40mg ed x 2 weeks and then 20mg ed for 2 more
clomid- 100mg ed x 2 weeks and then 50mg ed for 2 more

you should be good to go with 20mgs ED of nova
