crack open the amp with the water solution, suck up water with a pin.. crack open the amp with the powder.. squirt water into the powder... swirl around a bit... pull into a syringe inject..
It is just a VERY easy formula that goes like this:
Step 1: Divide the amount (units) ordered by the amount (units) you have on hand
Step 2: Multiply that number by the amount (ml) of fluid you will be mixing it with
Step 3: simply draw that amount into the syringe
Example 1
If you will be using a 1500 unit vial and will be mixing it with 10 ml of bacteriostatic water and the desired dose is 200 units you will need to inject 1.3 ml.
Step 1: divide 200 by 1500 (0.13)
Step 2: multiply that number (0.13) by 10 ml (1.3)
Step 3: draw up 1.3 ml
Example 2
5000 units of hCG with 10 ml Bac water, 200 unit dose =0.4 ml
Example 3
10,000 units of hCG with 30 ml Bac water, 200 unit dose =0.6 ml
