Hey, im a pretty new steroid user only one previous cycle and im getting rdy to start a new stack of
dbol 30mg/day weeks 1-6
deca 400/week 1-10
test cyp 500/week 1-12
and of my last cycle i found out im pretty sensitive to water weight so i was wonering if anyone could tell me if i need to run any type of anit estrogens during my cycle to help lower the water weight. Also ive read that if you use and anti est during your cycle itll have an adverse effect on your muscle gain, because of this should i jus tough it out and go through the cycle without it? Plz someone shine some light on this im very confused!

amidrex @ 0.5mg eod for sensitive individuals would suffice, bump it to ed if you have probs....it shouldn't effect gains too much, you want a little estro given that mass is your goal with a cycle like that....best of luk....

ive also read that i could run tamoxifen through the cycle would that work just as well?

No do not run nolva with 19 nors like deca it can actually make the problem worse. Run ai's during cycle and serms only during pct.

I musta missed somethin'. I've got the same water problem now and I thought I just had to live with it 'til a couple weeks after the end of my deca cycle. Now I'm reading a recommendation of amidrex @ 0.5mg eod or ed--a product I can't seem to find you know where--during the deca cycle and it appears to have been received as a recommend of Arimiplex .25mg eod. Will somebody please slap me straight on that? I'd also like to ask if nolva two weeks post deca in conjunction with (as previously advised) a prolonged test or sust would be appropriate with or in lieu of the above water regimen. MAN I'm confused. I'm seven weeks into my first cycle and this is it:
500 deca mixed with 500 test C every Monday - after spilling the test C I ordered sust
200 test P every Friday for the weekend rest
I'm totally new to all this, so any, ANY help or criticism would be greatly appreciated.

im right with ya on the confusion hopefully some advanced users can help use out. dude im really sensitive i dont kno if i could handle another cycle if i got the same side effects off my first i jus used test cyp and my face swelled and was constantly red made me look fat

There is 3 different ai's that are good to run (in my opinion) on cycle.

Arimidex

if not available then

aromasin (exemestane) is another great choice.

The last one is really the mother of ai's which is Letrozole watch out for dosing this one can crush estrogen too much if not dosed properly however I use it on all cycles with 19nors now.

That was great help. And for the sake of the integrity of this forum, no more cut-ups y'all. After your help and a little research, I think I've decided on Letroplex (letrozole.) I'd like to ask though, how long should a guy take it? It comes in packs of 25 tabs (2.5mg/ tab) and I'm assuming one tab a day's right. I could probly afford nolva for an extended period once I'm on test only and clear of deca, but this stuff's a bit steep for the long haul.
