Aceto is the shit. I stick to turkey and yams. Are oats a better source of carbs than yams??

They are both low glycemic foods so I say they are pretty close to the same thing. Like brown rice and sweet potatoes. I would give them both a try and see which one works better for your body.

Fiber fiber fiber.....yummy. I get tired of eating oatmeal all the time so I started to eat ezekiel bread also. It is made with no flour and is very low glycemic. It is also a complete protein about 4 grams per slice with only 15 grams of carbs with 3 grams of fiber. They are smaller slices but really fill you up surprisingly. Anyways, just FYI...

he doesn't want to get to Ronnie Coleman size lol but the reason is is that he only takes the creatine on his large muscle group training session as thats when you do the most compound exercises so they get the best creatine saturation over more muscle.

But protein powders create a bit of water retention, i don't think that he takes protein powders the last 1-2 weeks before a competition. Same as banana, it's a middle glycemic index.
