I'm only 3 weeks out killing my abs and lots of cardio but they're being stubborn. Obliques are in midsection is shaping up but I'm getting frustrated and nervous they won't be in. If anyone has any input for some crazy ab routines I'm all ears.
Starting this week I'm cutting my carbs down to 20g servings for my 6 meals a day. I get 20-30 grams of protein every meal aswell.
Supplements right now are 2 caps Daily of "FINAFLEX V.2.0"

3 caps Daily of DHEA
1 cap Daily of "HALOBOLAN 35"
2 caps Daily of "Ripped Freak"
