Probably shoulders or back since that's what's doing the majority of the work. I know I personaly used to do cleans as a warm up for my shoulders and it worked great

yeah i would say back day if you do it the day before back or after you will be sore so probably not a good idea.

i always include olympic style lifts on leg or back day depending on what movement,
i prefer to include them when i do power training, full body 3 times a week......

hey man i play college football... all we do is olympic... if your tall(im 6'5) its very hard on your joints... your shoulders will ache for about 3 months... but you will get strong man...try to seperate the days you will do your olympic lifts for recovery... you will need it... if you need a olympic routine pm me and ill pm you ours
