Mon- Chest/tri
Tues- LEgs
Wed-Back/bis
Thrus-Shoulders/Abs

I spend about an hour to an hour an 15 every workout. I have a home gym so I don't dilly daddle and have to wait for machines. I try to do cardio(HIIT) after every workout depending on time, i'm pretty busy.

training a handfull of movemnts 4 times a week right now to mix it up.....

sorta full body but with lots of power based training, not much in the isolation dept. but am going to start powerlifting as soon as im recovered from my cycle....

example tonight i plan on squats/leg press/deads and hang cleans, sorta lower emphasis,

next session maybe db snatch/weighted push ups/rows/inline bench....something like that.

Mon - legs n' back

Tues- arms n' chest

Wed- legs

Thurs- cardio ( wind sprints)

Fri- chest, arms, shoulders

Sat - cardio n' legs ( light)

Sun- REST

I switch it up every couple of weeks from liftin heavy to about 60 % of max for a week, strength gains comming along nicely...i do abs at least 3 times a week whenever i can fit it in

Just started this a month or so ago and loving it.

day 1 - quads
day 2 - chest and calves
day 3 - back and traps
day 4 - hamstrings and shoulders
day 5 - arms and calves

off sunday and monday, do abs at home when/if I do them

My mind is fresh, muscles are sore and motivation is peaked at this time. Splitting my leg work up into 2 workouts has made a huge difference and it seems I'm blasting them much harder.

Highly recommended!
