The signs of overtraining:

- Persistent muscle soreness

- Elevated resting heart rate

- Increased susceptibility to infections

- Increased incidence of injuries

- Irritability

- Depression

- Loss of motivation

- Insomnia

- Decreased appetite

- Weight loss
