Triceps, the rebirth -

been out of the gym for about 3 months due to a fuked up injury, but i just started hittin the gym again
my tri's seemed to have disappeared and its affecting all my upper body lifts...i want to build em back up and fast, i know skull crushers dips n' extensions will do the trick eventually but u kno how 21's absolutley blows ur bi's up...anyone know a routine that absolutely blasts tris ?
