Still getting sore? - 04-25-2008

Hey guys I been hitting the weights now for over a year and I still get sore is this ok? I want to make sure im not ot ya know. I do chest and tri's my first day off and the next day I do bi's and back some legs (squats). Then work a few days and repeat I try to mix it up so I dont do the same stuff every work out. I can only get in the gym 2-3 days a week do to work since I work a 12 swing shift. So I try to make my workouts count I spend about 1 hour 15 min in the gym. I try to go heavy as I can but I notice I get tired pretty fast and I have to drop weight so I can finish my workout. I have been trying to eat every three hours and take in as much water as possible I jus seem to be stuck any ideas?

everyone gets sore bro, i usually see it as a sign you need to stretch it out and enhance warm-downs etc. or a sign you are not eating enougth...not a sign of growth...you can train though soreness, but id not train a muscle like legs if your aching real bad, i doubt you are fully recovered if thats the case, active recovery is great if you are sore the next day..i prefer to swim if im not ready to hit the weights, its improves flexibility ad get you pumped without over doing it, keeps you supple too.....aching is natural, you sound like you are doing okay so keep doing it....just make sure you lug a shake post workout, it helps, cold showers and sports massages all work well too....

WE DONT CONDONE THE USE OF ILLEGAL STEROIDS HERE WE JUST ADVISE PEOPLE HOW TO USE THEM SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY....FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES.....

Eat, Sleep, Train, Repeat...

I DO NOT DO SOURCE CHECKS, SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK....
