this is my new workout routine i have been working on please give me any advice/feedback you have on this.
day1
SHOULDERS
military press
Dumbell press
upright row
side rises
LEGS
squats
leg curls
front leg curls
calf raises
Day2
ARMS
French press
cable push downs
bicep curls
forarm curls
forarm curl 2
other side of forarm
ABS
ab machine
stomach crunchs
Day3
CHEST
bench press
dunbell bench press
chest machine
BACK
pull downs
seated row
back extension
dead lift
and cardio is done 5 days a week in the morning
