I'm trying out High Intensity Trainig for a while. Always heard it was the way to go but didn't really know enough about it to get a good program together.

Just wondering who out there uses it?, what results they're getting, and how big their rest breaks are between workout days?

never tried pure HIT training but use certain Yates style principles, also tried some DC training.... low volume, maximum intensity ( maximum loading ) training to failure and beyond with minimal sets.....thats proper HIT, but im not sure that is gonna work for everyone, which is why i prefer to " strength train " .....training my sets to failure but no more than say 6-8sets for large muscle groups like chest/back, if you train balls to wall, in theory the stronger you get the more time you will need to recover from those workouts, rather than training chest once every 7-12days using HIT, which i think is overkill when you use steroids, apply certain priniples and train chest every 5-8days....with low volume, if you use low volume and steroids together for strength training then you can usually get away with working out more frequently, anyways this is how i see it i certainly think HIT has ts merit, and defo worth a try if yo are used to a bit more volume, but i think you have to accept that you have to do a bit more volume than one all out set to achieve a well rounded physique....

let us know how you get on bro, would be interesting to see your results.....might be just what your body needs...look up DORIAN YATES and MIKE MENTZER and to some extent CHRIS LITTLE.....all based around the same sorta methods....
