hardgainer issues - 02-10-2007

im 5'7'' and weigh 155. i train an average of 5 times per week and am largely in the know about different types of training for different types of genes. i am in the army so sometimes my schedule doesnt facilitate the type of diet or training that i want to do. in high school i was an endurance athlete running cross-country and track.then i was 5'7'' 130. im 22 now and dont do any cardio and aiming to grow. what are some good habits that i can develop to ensure my diet consists of a lot of calories?

Try to receive 60% of your calories till 13.00

Have every time some food in box with yourself

If you do not grow reduce the number of the days you train.
