drop the supplements mate, lay off em for a bit, start bumping your food, and train on a four day upper/lower split if you have the time, if your training has improved then you are still making progress and might be ready for this routine. remember if you are getting stronger your muscles will eventually get bigger, newbie gains are good for about 6-12months, after that you will really have to get things together to make further progress,
i personally do not benefit from hard direct bicep work, it works for triceps but not my bi's,
so i reley on heavy compound moves for my chest and back to help make up for the lack of direct work......that may work for you to, its a trial and error thing really.
once you have taken 8wks out from your supplement reigiem, try creatine ethyl ester
( xceed ).......and get yourself some natural supps ie. multi-vits, EPA's, b-complex, and maybe some amino acids, and def. some whey blend etc. they are products i run all the time......
also if you feel your body is too sore or slightly overtrained, take a week out every 3-4 months and start again, your body will bounce back and you will feel stronger too.....
good luck bro, just keep researching and tryingnew methods you'll crack your own genetic code if you pay attention..... < it takes a while though!!!!
