I also tried to tlak to him about keeping elbows straight during bicep curls.. ( he raises them up to almost where his triceps are parallel to floor. His comment is this is where he "flexes" his biceps at the top.

I tried to explain the whole resistance against muscle function.. gravity etc. IO even gave the whole "dude flex your biceps during the exercise you should be concentrating on squeezing the muscle anyway. and between sets if you feel the need lol. fucking loser..
