Hi!
I'm at a phase where I'm happy with my size and shape and more interested in cutting and defining. Is it okay to bulk up, then cut, and then bulk up and then cut OR is it best to bulk up enitrely in one hit then cut? The reason why I ask is because one moment I want to be huge, then the next I just prefer to be toned. Also is swimming a good form of exercise to help burn the fat or would it be quicker to just jog?
