Cutting Help - 03-27-2007

Hi!
I'm at a phase where I'm happy with my size and shape and more interested in cutting and defining. Is it okay to bulk up, then cut, and then bulk up and then cut OR is it best to bulk up enitrely in one hit then cut? The reason why I ask is because one moment I want to be huge, then the next I just prefer to be toned. Also is swimming a good form of exercise to help burn the fat or would it be quicker to just jog?

It is good to bulk but to not add too much fat during this period of time.

Swimming and jogging and any other forms of aerobic exercises are good to burn fat in the morning on empty stomach. But because it is hard to go and just swimm in the morning you may do it in the off days of training.

increasing the training intensity and cleaning up the diet will get you those lean results your after.....les rest between sets.....higher reps, train for endurance that helps me lean up quick and maintain muscle.....
