Calves - 04-01-2008

Hello all,

My Calves will not grow. I have done EVERYTHING. Low reps heavy weight, high reps, drop sets, all you can think of. Does anybody have any suggestions, things i can try to help my lagging body part?

Are you using any injectable gear? If so, you might want to consider isolated injections into that particular muscle group. This may give it the signal it needs in order to grow.

calves are one of the muscel group that are the hardes to get to grow you can hit calves two to three times a week. they will also take along time to get to start to grow so just keep plugging away you can however look up arnies way to calves Arnold S. they are great i uses them in my routine all the time. that is if you want diamond plates

not if he's using steroids bro....only igf is said to produce site growth, and there aint much to back this up either...

Calves are one of those muscle groups that you must have patients with they take time to grow! Don't get discouraged and keep pounding away at them, they get a lot of besides any workout you give them remember that, thats why they are so tough to get growing because of their fiber make up, they have a super quick recovery time but even at that you shouldn't work them more then 3x a week like Tri said.

Bump on this too, IFG-1 is the only one that could promote localized growth not steroids but as Rob stated theres not enough research to back it up, its all theory right now

igf my friend... and if you wanna be gay about it, synthol or calf implants (a nono on my book thoe) some people just don't have good legs in their genes so it can be harder for me...
