Bulked and need to loose alot of fat now. Please Help. - 11-09-2009

Ok so this is my current situation.

I trained natural from ages 16 to age 20. I bulk for 8 months and cut for 4monhts every year. This past year i bulked all year long plus i added in a testosterone Enanthate cycle. I weighed around 220lbs before after the cycle i was at 240-245.bs At 200lbs i look lean and around 185 190 i look really cut and ripped. At this very moment i weigh in at around 250lbs i just gained 10lbs more naturally. So along with muscle came the fat and im sloppy looking but i got good size and a nice frame. I like to bulk alot before i cut to gain alot. Might not be a good idea im not sure its just easier for me.

Its time to get all the fat off me and see what i have hidden underneath.

Right now

weight 250lbs
Height 5'8

Diet starts today. But also im going to be using Liquid clenbuterol. 3 weeks on and 3weeks off. For about 3 cycles.

Can anyone help me out. Mabey a good workout routine. I can workout as much as you tell me to and as many times threwout the day that is needed. I got all the time in the world now that i have no job.

Can anyone help me out with a good diet. I can follow what ever is givinto me.

Please i would appreciate it and all the advice given to me in the past never went to waiste i appreciate it all.

If You Are Planning To Cut, Id Defo Incorporate More Power Cardio And Maybe Switch To A Full Body Workout Or Start Powerbuilding, I Lean Out Quickly When I Stick To Compound Only Workouts, Power Cardio Means Setting Up Circuits With Weights, And Maybe Some Bag Work Etc.....clean Up Your Diet And Your Making Progress....

yea im doing ovver an hour of cardio threw out the day started today. I passed out kind of early today but woke up and got a protein shake and tuna in. Make sure to get a full day of food in tommorow like im suppose to

Today went like this

Up 7AM cardio 60mins walking and jogging. 800 cals burned.

Breakfast 4 egg whites. 1/2 cup oatmeal So together around 200cals.

Clen dosage at 40mcg. Right after the meal.
no lunch or after lunch meal. slept

Dinner protein shake, 200cals along with can of tuna 120cals.

So im under what i burned and i was going to do more cardio and a workout but i passed out no energy today from the new routine.

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated all welcome.

You are going to burn alot of muscle off doing what you are now. You need to fix up your diet, you cant just starve yourself.

Yea i no what you mean bro that aint my diet it that was just yesterday because i was to tired.

But

Today it was this.

1000cal burned off on treadmill.

Breakfast1cup oatmeal 4 eggwhites

Mid morning protein shake and a handful of nuts.

lunch 12oz can of tuna. 2 slices wheat bread and sweet potato

Mid afternoon Protein shake

Dinner. Potato. Chicken breast brocoli and 2 cups brown rice.

After dinner 1/2 cup oatmeal.

BED

Im only lifting 4 days a week now compared to 6 before. I get cardio done first thing in the morning at 6am. 800-1000 cals each morning takes about 70mins

I take my clen right after breakfast.

bump...too much protein and a lack of not much else, if you over do it you'll burn muscle, you need to carb cycle and fix up the routine

Is there anything you can tell me? Like a solution to my problem.

I i could add in a few salads to each meal loaded with vegetables. What else could i do.

How about adding half a banana, and fat free milk to the breakfast. And fruit to the in between meals?

I think i got the protein part down good. Im going to split cardio up into 2x a day and together burn off about 700cals would that be better then 1000 to start the day?

I learned so much about bulking and payed so much attention to that and never really thought about the cutting untill now.


I am bulkd up to the fullest i think i can get with only 1 cycle back at the beggining of the year. I am sitting at 140 right now. I noticed i got more veins coming in threw the chest and my forearms really look a whole lot better. Over all most of the fat that i have on me is sitting on the stomach and sides or the love handles. But if the Love Handles where gone man would i have a awesome v shape.
