Anyone recall the order of this training schedule - 06-09-2008

Well i lost the ebook that had this training schedule that worked out for me very good. The order began with monday - legs and the rest i forgot.. but that routine was suppose to work by beginning the next week with the workout that follows the one you did first last week. for example if last monday you dude legs and on tuesday you did biceps then on monday you do biceps and go down the list.. any help?
