how bout:
chest/back

lower body

shoulders/arms

off or repeat cycle strating with lower body
this is more than enougth to gain bro...i enjoy this one, allows you to isolate aswell as getting those big compounds done...
just remember the squats deads/rows and dips....
peoplethink that you need to train one body part each session to make gains...thats bull shit, you will gain well training like this, you'll only need 8-10sets max for large body parts, this is great for strength too....remember stimulate do not anialate.....
the bigger guys or guys who compete tend to adopt the bodybuilding routines because they need to address their weak points and/or have enougth mass, so need to increase seperation and shape etc.
if functional mass and strength is your aim, which it should be unless you plan on modeling, then 3 way splits or functional methods should be your aim...this is as close to bodybuilding style training as i usually like to get, but in reality its another upper/lower split....
gotta give everything a decent run just to see if it works for ya bro....
