Hi i am 42,been taining on an of for years.Just started again,would it be better for me to go back to basics 3 times a week for a few months or jump staight to the split routines.
hey mavrick i wouldn't recommend jumping back into split routines. start off with some cardio and lite wieghted workouts you will run the risk of injury . just get in there and get them muscle tweeked for awhile. good luck
