im just turned 49 years old and was wondering about this product.Alot of guys at the gym are useing it and dont know if its right for me I was hoping to put on some size this year before I hit 50,The question I have is,is it safe I only have one kidney due to cancer surgry nine years ago so im a little hestiant to use anything until I know the side effects risks ect.. thanks

I would not recommend you taking creatine as you have only one kidney. how long in BB?<......?if you mean how long I have been training for.off and on since I was a kid made weights with a pipe and cinder blocks
 But as for getting back into and staying foucused about a year.And yes I was going to ask you another question if you dont mind?As we get older we have a decreased testosterone level I was wondering if there was a over the counter sumplentment you could recomend? also the article was grat thanks for that
