Smile Bodybuilding Book - 11-09-2008

Hey Guys-

I know there are countless great books about bodybuilding and training, but I am looking for something kind of specific and was wondering if anybody might be able to recommend anything. I would like a book that has photos of each specific exercise and also shows you visually what part of the muscle (muscle groups) it is targeting. For example, when I workout my chest, most of the routines I have been doing focus on the "8 - 4 o'clock" area of the pecs and I need something that helps sculpt the under the nipple area. So I would like to find a book that displays what part of the muscle the exercise is targeting rather than just a general "pecs" thing. I'm not sure if this exists or if I am even making sense, but if anybody has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks so much.
JD

my first bb book which i read was " Arnolds Encyclopedia" full of great pics etc. but i would not recommend following arnie style bb programs, they are too much for the genetically average guy, another great book for me was Strength Training Anatomy by Frederic Delavier, this gave me enougth info. to get my first home based workouts started....another book i have read a bit of was beyond brawn by Stuart McRobert which was a solid read....
i have also read heavy duty by mike mentzer but did not like the routines he advocates....if i were to recommend a book worth sourcing it would be one that Dorian Yates has written, he was a thinking bb who also used gear but has a more real world approach to his bb routines....their are so many books around, i would recommend buying a few decent ones, theirs no harm in having a few if you enjoy reading about your hobby, i have a decent collection now and will re-read them if im ever in doubt of anything i would like to know....

oh and that is a great link bro...there are so many decent sites out there, just google.

Yamaharob. Right on, I take it you ride a Yamieha? Cool, Last bikes I rode were a couple Honda V65 Magnas. Yeah buddy, that muther frogger'll do a hundred & thirty on the kickstand. On my first one I was doin' a 80 MPH wheelie (right smack in front of the cop shop) when a Porsche Targa turned left in front of me and tagged my silly ass. Ruined my whole day, ha ha. I rode with a couple Yamahas, had a couple Enduros back ago. Nice bikes. A Californian, I've got a license plate frame on my car:
