We normally wouldn't do this, but after seeing these pictures of Phil Heath taken on Monday January 14, four weeks and five days out from Heath's next competition, the Ironman Pro Invitational -- our jaws hit the floor. Mark it down as the day Heath, weighing in the upper 240s in these pictures, officially served notice to the rest of the IFBB that the man means business in 2008.

Holy shit he's MASSIVE! He came to my gym to work out with the resident PRO there over the summer and he was 240 then and not nearly as big or cut, he defiantly stepped up his game the last 5-6 months.

How can these guys get so big and cut now a days? What is the difference from when Arnold was around to now? Is it better gear?, better education?, I know better equipment but Dman...he is huge....

It's D-all of the above when you take someone with good genetics and slap all these factors into play you got a freak in the making

if you take a look at some of his pics last year, they were talking about the lag behind in either his right or left forearm/bi...it was pretty noticeable then but it looks like he has taken care of that though...lol...

and the thickness in his pec's has improved dramaticly, i think the only other knock on him was either his legs or his calves i cant remember
