Steroids and water retention - 10-07-2008

Hi, all steroids cause water retention in the face? I apologise for my english.

No they do not. Some steroids make people more prone to water retention but diet is a huge part of it. You can also take an ai on cycle like arimidex to eliminate bloat. Generally short ester steroids are best for minimizing bloat though they do requrie more frequent injections.

bump to all the advice.
if u use an anti e or ai those will deff help.nolva and exeplex worked for me(didnt take em at the same time)adex is also known to be very potent but pricy

BUT increasing water intake to 1 galon or more a day will make a HUGE difference IMO.

But the diet under aas must be poor of sodium? Does only sodium increase water retention?
