No they do not. Some steroids make people more prone to water retention but diet is a huge part of it. You can also take an ai on cycle like arimidex to eliminate bloat. Generally short ester steroids are best for minimizing bloat though they do requrie more frequent injections.

Yes, along with what redz stated, cut sodium and increase water intake if you are experiencing bloating.

BUT increasing water intake to 1 galon or more a day will make a HUGE difference IMO.
