I have been having constant stomach pain in around my intestines i guess. Its not my kidneys in the back. what could it be?

are you taking the nova on an emty stomach? how does your diet look? are you drinking enough water? look at everything that your taking in, its hard to say whats causing it, how far are you into your cycle bro?
