Muscle Jumpiing Pulsating - 10-07-2008

Today I am Experiencing A whole lot of muscle jumping or pulsating They Jump rapidly, Not painful at all just like small rapid spasms, in my chest, forearms, biceps, triceps and even neck.
Ive never really experienced these so often all day.

Anybody know the cause for this, They started following my workout this morning and still happen.

Rapid twitches in most of my upper body groups

Is it for sure overtraining? Iam running 30mg of Dbol each day, No soreness. But I think I will take the day off today.

Id hate to stop progress when things are goin so good right now, and strength is up.
