Did a run of d-bol a couple of months ago at the end of the course my liver value was 199 points on ALA. I did a 5 week 10mg everyday course for 5 weeks. I went to the doc again after 6 weeks and low and behold my liver value was only 39 on ALA, in just 5 weeks my liver took care of buisness.
So its true what they say, the liver can take some punishment for a while.
It was difficult to deny using steriods to the doc as that was the first question she asked l
One thing she also mentioned was that over the counter pain medication isnt too good for the liver either.
Oh and the healthy liver apperently should be between (10-70) this is in Finland.

I run Milk Thistle all year round- it helps your liver deal with the added stress that AAS can put upon your liver - especially those caused by oral compounds

I also recommend running Liv-52.

I forgot to mention that when I stopped taking the dbol I began taking 380mg of milk thistle for 4 weeks

ive had no problems with Liver values using Milk thistle and Liv 52. need to have them on hand all the time, IMO
