just want to know what a reconmended dosage would be!!! not sure if too much would hurt lol

Just start off on low dose recommended on bottle and check BP often. If BP is to high take more, up to max dose recommended.

pre-load for a few days prior and run at halfthe max dose throughout and adjust accordingly, i can take up to 5 ed with my supply but i run 3-4day and it seems to do the trick, water and sodium are the main issues of concern when worrying about bp....

i keep my sodium as low as possible.
i drink about 20 bottles of water a day!!! too much or too little???

i usually aim for about 3-4 litres plus the water i drink in the gym and every thing else like shakes and milk etc. up that if you are using orals...
