Expert on water retention needed - 05-21-2008

Im in my 2nd week of dbol n' cyp and i can already tell im retaining water...constantly have a puffy feeling and my abs have slowly been disappearing over the past 3-4 days...i kno its nothing to worry too much about but its somethin im not really fond of...( dropped from 260 to 198 over the past year and a half..and anything that even resembles fat irks the shit outta me)

been taking exemestane to help but i guess water retention slips by it...
i wanna kno if theres any over the countershit i can take that helps with this or am i just stuck with it till im off dbol?

any help would b greatly appreciatedddd

Bump. I always use it because it works great. Arminex is good also at blocking all estrogen.

also drink LOTS OF WATER, that will trick your body to not hold that much water

Rex is right. The more water you drink the more your body has to get rid of. Do some research about it and you will find out it's true.

the only thing I'd add is to limit your sodium intake and anything salty for that matter
