accutane while on test e cycle? - 07-02-2008

Hey bros, I'm currently on a cycle of accutane unrelated to AAS. its been 1month. I have to do blood work every month in order to keep my prescription of accutane. My question is has anyone done accutane on a test e cycle? ( 250x2 per week for 12 weeks ). I am concerned that if I do AAS, my blood work will be all wack, and my derm might take me off accutane. Any one have experience with gear, accutane and blood test?

thanks guys!

This isn't a gear related question, but is acutaine any good?does it really dry out the skin too much?I'm on minocycline and the3 derma wants to put me on acutaine for my back acne.also don't u have to get yer liver values checked cuz it puts stress on the liver?

I have only been on it a month and so far im clearing up (acne on face). the only sides i am having are dry lips, and parts of my face gets pretty dry around the jaw line. Nothing a good moisturizer cant fix. Accutane is suppose to be harsh on your liver. That is why the derm makes you take a blood test once a month. I know they look at your liver values, but what else the look at, I don't know. Anyone know exactly what the look for in accutane blood tests? and what else is elevated in the blood test when on test?

your derm might check your liver values and your baseline lipids (HDL, LDL, cholesterol) gear will have an effect on your liver values. taking a high dosage of milk thistle will reduce your liver values. if you can get some liv 52, that would greatly normalize your liver values, but be sure to follow the recommended dosage. best of luck.

thanks for your reply Digweed. I have a bunch of Liv52 DS from a previous cycle. Ive been taking that regularly. Since the derm will be looking at my baseline lipids (HDL, LDL, cholesterol), will test 500/wk elevate my values drastically? if so anything i can do/take to lower them? I want to cycle without having my derm finding out from my blood test and taking me off tane.

no wonder im not getting that many replies ...I didnt know i posted in the sides section lol...sorry
