First, as the others have said, you should hold off on the slin for now. However, since it appears your mind is already made up, I will try to offer some answers:

1. Insulin is supposed to be refridgerated but it will be fine as long as it is not in extreme temps. For instance, my experience tells me room temp does not hurt it.

2. You want fast acting slin such as Humulin R or Humulog. People go round and round over which is better. Humulin R is available in most states without prescription whereas Humulog requires a prescription.

3. Insulin acts as a vehicle that shuttles nutrients into cells. It is terms nondiscriminatory because it will shuttle nutrients into your muscle cells or fat cells depending upon what you have eaten. That is why it is so important not to eat any fats while the insulin is active in your body.

4. Insulin, anavar and creatine do work synergisticly together but the slin should be saved for more experienced users.

5. You will gain 2.34 "new muscles" from slin. Just kidding, you will not gain any new muscles from slin. The muscles you already have will become fuller from using slin. If you are dieing for an answer, I'm guessing 10lbs over the course of two months is attainable.

Be careful and keep plenty of fruit juices around in case you become hypoglycemic.
