Advice guys.. ! - 05-26-2008

ok well i really want to get big(bulk).. for the last yr, i ben workn on it hard and came from 160 to now 195 (5'9") currently w/ use of roids, diet, training, etc...

Ok but now, Its like i hit a platou or sotin.. Im tellin you, Im training for bulk with heavy weights! and i dont leave the gym till its totally complete for that days muscle..
M-chest
T-arms
W-OFF/ABS
T-shoulders
F-Back
Sat&Sun-LEGS, abs, chill...

so as you can see, im rotating muscles, not overtrain'n any group, cuz im only hittn that particular muscle once a week(6days rest which trust me i need).. but Im really really intense! hard core heavy training for that bulk............ I get awesome pumps !!

Im currently on sustanon and deca (4th-wk now)... Im takin @500mg sust/wk and @300 deca/wk..

Im eating lots of meats wow.... really and eating 4X a day..

I honestly sleep at the least 9hrs a night... @10-12hrs really
but for some reason.. idk.. i just am not seeing the results that I desire... Im currently only workn 2days/wk and have no school for summer..... so I have lots of time and Im using it all around the clock... eat - sleep - train!

lol...... so the Question is... whats the advice here. and should i use GH's.. will they take me to next level... I wanna gain 20 more lbs.. and uno, reach that peak!

HGH is very slow to see results, it's a great addition to any AAS cycle, if you using it for more of a fat burner 2ius is good, but if your using to add new muscle cells, good results 4iu and up is reconmended and for at least 6 months

A BIG bump for REX's info. The benefits of HGH is phenominal, but it comes at a very high price. for a 6 month cycle, we're talking mega $$$$$$. if you have that kinda dough, go for it. if not, stick to your training regimen, continue cycling, eat more, sleep the same and youll be huge in no time.

Alright!!

Well, theres no doubt.. Im gonna continue my regimen.. thats a given!!!
And as for the HGH.. I think Im gonna wait til my next cycle, Im already midway into this one..

But I will go for it Digweed! its just a matter of time bro....

sounds like you may want to switch things up bro, you are covering alot of groundin a week, you may benefit from low volume for a short while, then get back to it, remember the more advanced you get as a natural trainer, the longer it takes, and the more you have to do to make the most of muscle gains, ie. more rest is required, better nutrition and harder workouts not longer workouts.....

sounds like you have done great so far - one thing I would say is change your eating. You really need to be eating 6-8 meals a day - 400g of protein a day for your body weight, its always better to have more protein than your body needs as not not all protein is absorbed and used by the body- carbs need to be moderate to high depending on your body structure and 20-30g of good fats a day..
If your training well - getting enough R&R that really only leaves your nutrition.. I would say look at your diet before you go down the road of GH - GH is expensive and you want to make the most out of it by having the right nutritional intake

thanks for the feedback.. I totally agree with you guys yamaharob and jamoliv on the nutrician, its something that can always be improved!
I understand that to bulk, gain weight, and get significantly bigger, that I need to be eating MORE, and not just more, its also getting the proper amounts of protein, carbs, fats!!
This is definetely something Im going to target and do all around the clock..
I swear, Im gonna eat like a mother f%$kn beast... all out with hard more intense training!!!!

Bro,

Take a week off then totally change your workout routine. Keep the same schedule, just alternate the different parts of the muscle being worked. If you have been starting with flat bench, start with inclines etc. Change things up a bit. Get most of your nutrients from whole food. Try some IGF. I hit a plateau a while back and did this, now I'm back on track. Only running the IGF presently.
