PCT he layed i dont really agree with....really wishn for a SERM, but as far as the liver care goes itll be good but not necessary, if he decides to stack or drink then yes he will need it, he could always run livercare pct b4 his next cycle, but this is juss me always good to be safe then sorry! yea i started a sdrol cycle today i was planning on taking 2 tabs 10mg a day for 3 to 4 weeks. but today on my first dose i got a headache this sucks

yeah im trying to eat as much protein as i can, right now i have 1 more meal after this one before gym and one after and such... Im not really doing liver care since i never got to buy the milk thistle but i plan on buying it sometime soon. My pct is basically an over the counter extreme anabolic test booster and for gyno which im noticing sightly is an extreme pct anti aromatize. You get headaches on sdrol around the first time you begin taking the pills since your body has to get used to it but once your a week on it your fine.. Ive been getting extremely sore the next days in the gym.. Idk if its muscle building or what but its insane soreness. I knocked out today in 2 classes for the whole period.

i just got a bunch of sdrol. i got something that came with it called arom x(an anti estrogen) as well as a bottle of nolva. do u guys think that will be enough for a pct? as for the sdrol the recommended dosage is two to three a day(in one pill there's 10mg of the active ingredient)...i wanna get ripped for the summer so i was thinking toward three just cuz the longer on the stuff to worse. taking two a day would put me on it for 90 days..way too long.

no, you should only run it for a month, anything after that is insane side affects... Whats your weight? If you weight around 180+ i suggest you begin with 2 the first week then climb your way up but never pass 4 tops.

Personal experiences: stai away from nolva, it tend to aggravate the progesteron gyno from SD. Go with clomid and a low dose of a DHT base drugs (I love m5aa and methyl dht) to block the progesteron receptors. Nolva is an agonist on PGR receptors....""" i had a hard lump behind my left nipple, had to take letro to get rid of it, waiting between cycles umm i read somewhere they delayed gyno ws from two sdrol cycles too close together, or maybe its juss the nolva thing, time ON plus Pct should be matched with the "waiting peroid" to run again...The main side effects that seem to occur in many SD users are:
Cramping/painful "pumps" (specifically lower back)
Lethargy - in extreme cases people have reported feeling like they had a hangover for the duration of the cycle.
Painful shin-splints, often making cardio very difficult
Substantial increases in LDL cholesterol levels and reduction of HDL levels
SD is methylated so one must remember liver stress is a possibility

thanks i appreciate the advise bro...i think what i have is just the active ingredient..methasterone 10mg per pill. it's none of the other things that sdrol has in it. so i think what u are talking about with the negatvie reaction to nolva is taking place in those other anti estrogens that are in the sdrol. either way i already bought it..im just gonna run it and see what happens. i was talking to who i bought it from and mentioned what u said and they said with this stuff because it's only the one ingredient it shouldn't be a prob. but i guess u never know...
